Hi All,

How to start custom integration between SERVICENOW and ADO?

in servicenow we have incidents

in ADO we have issues 

So when any incident is created in serviceonow--> then an issue should create in ADO with same information

and if any issues raises in ADO--> then an incident should create in servicenow

any one please help me how we can achieve this ?

You have questions dating back to March about the ADO integration. What have you already done and where are you stuck?

Hi @Mark Manders ,

Actaully till now in my customer environment , i installed "microsift azure devops for agile development" in development environment.

--> i created credentials , and azuredevops instance as per the process and registration of webhooks also i did.

--> now when ever a story is created in ADO , the same story is getting created in servicenow

but now the requirement got changes

--> i am not sure how to start this custom integration ( issues--> incident ,incident-->issues from ado-->servicenow and vice versa)

please help me if you have suggestions where to start/ how to start ?
