Hello All,
We got one requirement to start Servcicenow-AzureDevops integration
i just need basic details to start the integrations.
how to make the connection from ServiceNow-ADO ?
how to synch both updates ?
when ever any issue raised in ADO , then an incident should create in servicenow and vice versa
please provide your inputs if any one already done this integration?
Thank you,

Hi @shabbir5 ,
I would recommend you to try out a fully decentralized and a dedicated bi-directional integration solution like Exalate.
It provides you an access to it's own Groovy based scripting engine which is very customizable and flexible so you can write your own rules and choose what information needs to be synced across all the connections.
Thanks, Dhiren

Hey @shabbir5, have you looked at Unito? You don't need to script or code to create a sync between SN and ADO, and you still get all the advanced field mapping and customization you'd want from an integration tool.
You can setup the direction of the syncs at the creation and at the field level. So if you only want new incidents to go from ADO --> SN with syncs happening 2-ways, you can set that up. Or, if you want creation to happen bi-directionally, you can set that up too.

Hi @shabbir5,
Many people above have already provided help links on how to setup sync between ServiceNow and ADO, but in case you are still looking out, consider going with GUI-based synchronization with no scripting solution. The Community Edition of OpsHub offers easy to setup GUI-based synchronization with reliable and predictable sync outcomes to meet all the complex data integration needs.
You can easily integrate ServiceNow with multiple ADO projects or ADO instances, set up conflict resolution, retain data format, links and so on. You may also have a look at the ADO – ServiceNow documentation and a video.
Feel free to reach out to our solution architects for an initial discussion on your integration use case.
Thanks,
OpsHub team
