How to stay on same window of UI page

I am having 3 fields on UI page ie name, Dispatch Date and Delivery Date.

I want to write a validation when Dispatch date is greater than Delivery Date, then it should clear out the fields and again enable the user to enter the dates on the UI form.

Could anybody please help me on this ?
