How to stop long-running scheduled job?

Hello?
I've created and executed manually a scheduled job which runs for too long. I want to stop it as it affects the performance. How can I do that?

have you tried active transactions? and then right click , kill the transaction

Frankly speaking I tried that in our Sandbox but also killed scheduler so all events stopped being processed.
Next time I'll apply to support anyway because this seem to be too complicated and risky.

Hi,
I am also trying to kill the Long running scheduled job. I tried to kill it from ser Administration > Active Transactions but looks like it is still active.
is there any other way to kill the long running job?
