Can you clarify what you are looking for? Do you want to add a stop condition to make SLAs stop at a certain time (e.g. when the task is no longer active)? Or do you want to just top collecting SLA information on all types of tasks?

Yeah, Chuck is correct that SLA's have pause and stop/complete conditions. So you need to meet one of those criteria or if you think it's just a fluke, you can delete that specific SLA instance/record.

We have running SLAs whose stop conditions are not matched in Problem. So
SLAs are still running yet it is closed cancelled. How to stop those SLAs
without deleting as they are used for audit purpose.

You can manually change the state of the SLA to Completed or Canceled. And make sure that "Closed Cancelled" does make the associated task actually active=false and just change the SLA Definition then to stop upon active=false. Or State is ONE OF closed cancelled, closed complete, closed skipped, etc.
