I have a requirement where the view count of an article should not be calculated when the article is opened in frontend through a ui action(i have created a ui action link that redirect the article in esc portal).
How can we achieve this?
there is a jelly variable "jelly.preview_article" in KBViewModel script include that will do this.This is working with the kb_view portal through "view article" ui action.But,when tried and replicated the same with my ui action, it is not working.
any other suggestions on how to achieve this ?
and how to know what ui page is used for esc portal?
