How to submit a record producer to create an incident from virtual agent chat in employee portal?

I have a requirement to create an incident using record producer through virtual agent chat from the employee center portal.

This has been deprecated. Please dont use this Script Include for any usecase. ServiceNow will deactivate the Script Include in coming release.
