i just got my CSA certification and i wanted to know how to get CIS-ITSM certification any advice ? any questions exam examples ?

Hi @MalikB 

For ITSM, go for training and read ebook 2-3 times chapter by chapter and do labs 2-3 times. Don't take the ITSM exam lightly it is tricky and tough to . You can watch my ITSM batch playlist1 , which i created after cleared my ITSM exam.
