Average of all incidents in awaiting approval state?

Dear Experts,

I need to create a average report for all the incidents in awating approval state month wise.

Means suppose there are 100 incidents in awaiting approval state. I want average time of all the incidents in that state month wise.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Jaydeee ,

To get the average time of pending approval, you need incident_metric configured together with performance analytics to do the calculation.
