How to test inbound action with client email id?

Hi Team I need to test inbound email action like when email is sent to system from acn@test.com it must create and update the case created.

 

How to test this using client email id in dev instance Please help

To test in the Dev instance, ensure the following prerequisites are met:

  • Email properties are enabled in the Dev instance.
  • Email accounts are properly configured.
  • Inbound actions are active.
  • You know the email address to which emails should be sent.

And after this send an email from your outlook to the given SN instance email address to test.
