Yes, it is possible to track user activities in ServiceNow. ServiceNow provides an Audit feature that allows you to track changes to records. You can also use the System Log to view all system activity. Here are the steps:

1. Enable Auditing: Go to the table for which you want to enable auditing. In the table's dictionary entry, check the "Audit" checkbox. This will start tracking changes to records in this table.

2. View Audit History: To view the audit history of a record, open the record and select "Show Audit History" from the "More options" menu. This will display a list of all changes made to the record, including the user who made the change and the date and time of the change.

3. Use System Log: Go to System Logs > All to view all system activity. You can filter the log by User, Type of activity (such as Error, Transaction, or Security), and Date and Time.

4. Create Reports: You can create reports to summarize user activity. Go to Reports > Create New. Select the table and fields you want to include in the report, and set filters to limit the report to specific users or types of activity.

5. Scheduled Jobs: You can create a scheduled job to run the report at regular intervals and send the results to a specified email address.

Remember, auditing can impact system performance, so use it judiciously. Also, not all tables support auditing, and some tables are audited by default.
