How to transfer dashboards and reports and sla's from one instance account to another instance account without loosing the data .

The best way to transfer via update set and XML import for report & SLA, dashboard has some items which are not captured in update sets , so you have to manage the missing part ( if any ) manually on target instance.

Dashboard and report can be move with XML support as few competent not get captured in update set.
