How to translate the Additional Comments by default when form load

Hi All,

I have enabled the Dynamic Translation plugin, now i got the option to translation option when I clicked the translate button its translating properly.

But my requirement here is when the form is loading that time itself it should translate by default. Please help me with this requirement.

I'm afraid that Dynamic Translation is not designed to run at form load (for a few reasons, one being performance another being cost),
