How to trigger flow

Hi All,

I have a use case where I have a TMF 622 customer order create payload in which for each product order item there is a flag by name "isParent" which is either True or False, now my use case is for all the product order items which have the flag "isParent"= True I need to trigger a flow in product orders related list of customer order for the other condition it should not trigger any flows.

Kindly help me with the above-mentioned use case.
