How to trigger SLA through workflow?

Hi all,

I have created SLA on custom table, if user's manager approve to "requested for" then only SLA should trigger. If user's manager Reject's then it will automatically set to Rejected. I have created Approval Activity but need to attach SLA after Approval. I have created SLA. which activity should I use here to trigger SLA after Approval.

Hello Siddharam,

This can be achieved by creating a field for "Status" which is updated to "Approved" through flow when the manager approves or "Rejected" when rejects it.

On the SLA set the following conditions.

Start Condition: Status is Approved

Cancel Condition: Status is Rejected
