How to update a Jira Issue with the Jira Spoke in Integration Hub on New York version

We are using the Jira Spoke in New York.

Trying to figure out how to update specific fields on a Jira Issue with the "Update Issue" action.

I see "Add Labels" and "Remove Labels" and "Additional Fields"... but does anyone have any examples of how to do that?  I think its only through script.
