Dear All,
Greetings !!!
I have received a requirement where client is asking to update the default font of the ServiceNow instance. I have seen an article that shows how to update the font on the Service Portal, however, I could not find any way of changing the default font in the native UI. I was able to find following article where Chuck mentioned in 2017 :"Changing the system font for the default UI is not supported at this time"

Does anyone know whether there is any change and if SN has introduced a way to update the default font across the system and not only on Service Portal?
Would appreciate any help on this.

ServiceNow does not provide a supported way to update the default system font across the platform. As Chuck mentioned in the forum post you shared, changing the system font for the default UI is not supported at this time.
While there may be ways to change the font through customizations, it is not recommended as it could cause unintended issues with the platform and upgrades.
If the client is requesting a specific font for their instance, you can recommend them to use a custom theme which would allow them to set a specific font for the Service Portal. The default UI font, however, cannot be changed at this time.
