How to update details of a record that appears under the 'History' tab of the filter navigator

In the below screenshot, you can see under the 'History' tab, it shows the HR cases I visited. Here its currently showing number. How do I change that to show the case short description instead?

You can edit this on the sys_ui_title table. I know this will update the history tab, but I'm not sure what else it will update, just as a heads up
