How to update domain name in the URL for ServiceNow instance

Currently client is having ServiceNow instance URL as https://clientA.service-now.com/, it has to be updated to https://clientB.service-now.com/.

 

What is the process for that? Do we need to raise any request to ServiceNow through HI portal or we can do using some configurations?
