I have one Incident under 'Self-Service'. I wants to open it and need to be update few fields. I want to achieve this in ATF. Can you please help o this.

What is stopping you to do this ?, have your tried ?, where are you stuck.
You can use Test Steps to achieve your requirements
Use these Test Steps for example and use according to your requirement
1. Open an Existing Form
2. Set field values
3. Validate Field values and Field state validation
