How to update OOB record producer workflow

I'm trying to add a task to the OOB knowledge base request record producer but don't see the workflow option on the form.. Is there a way to do this.. i duplicated the workflow and added the task to it so i want to add it as the new workflow?

There a "redirect to" option to generate task. I'm sure I'll need to change this as well

Hi @DevtoSME ,

You cannot attach workflow directly to record producer.

You will have to attach workflow to the Target table of that record producer.

Hi @DevtoSME,

You can create workflow on any table from module 'Workflow Editor'. Create new workflow attach the table & trigger conditions. After that you can create flow as per your requirement.
