ACl to grant access to a user if user is part assigned to in parent record

Hi all, i have below requirement, i have tried with condition but now worked. Please assist me.

This is on Vulnerability Scan table

For state field

Description: Parent Assignee can write state while active

Condition: Active = true AND (user is in parent records “assigned to” field OR User is a member of the parent records “assigned group”)
