Hi Sakthivel,
Logging in to the instance do not depend on the computer as this a cloud based. I believe your user account is the by default Admin account. You can go to the user module and create as many as user and give them proper role as you need. Please refer the below doc link how to add a user.
Hope this helps you.

You can share stuff with other guys like a show an tell in your dev instance but be careful. It is not a free instance so you can offer servicenow to a small set of people.
I appreciate that this might not be what your doing but please be aware of the eula

Hi Sakthivel,
It's you personal dev instance
create the users separatley
if it's an client check with them to create new ones if not you need share your credentasils with them but it's not a good practice
if some one did any CURD operation it's diffcult to find who did it

Preetam kind of summarized it for you. When you get a developer instance, you are given admin credentials so you can create/manage other user accounts. Basic system admin tasks. You might want to look at the User Administration page for more info about basic ServiceNow user management tasks.
