Step 1: create a UI macro
Step 2: create a UI formatter
In formatter field value should be : ui macro name + .xml
for example : formatter_one.xml
Step 3: open incident form layout and add formatter
In My case I created a new section in incident form and added that formatter to it(formatter will be acting like a field you can access in form layout)
