How to utilize AI to create Playbooks?

I have a question about utilizing AI in ServiceNow to create Playbooks...

From my understanding, this would require utilizing Now Assist for Creator. 

Is this correct?

Could we utilize AI Agents to create Playbooks?

Why or why not? 

What is best practice to create Playbooks in ServiceNow, with AI?

Any additional insight and technical knowledge is much appreciated!!

Hi @Su522 ,

Now Assist for Creator includes the playbook generation skill. Playbook generation gives generative AI capabilities to playbook authors, who can provide text directions to create a playbook outline with placeholder activities.

Activate Playbook generation skills

1. In Now Assist Admin, select Now Assist Features tab

2. Select Creator on left side menu and you will be able to see all Now Assist Skills for Creator

3. Scroll down to see Playbook skills and click on View details button

4.Click on Turn on button for all the skills to enable them

Note: Playbook authors must be assigned the now.assist.creator role to use playbook generation
