How to view incidents assigned to a specific group.

Hello,

we have a few incidents assigned to a specific group (lets call it "MyGroup"). This group contains members X, Y and Z. However those members are not able to view the incidents when they are searching for incidents the belong to this group.

Any idea what might be going wrong?

Assuming user has required access, Is there any query Business Rule configured on your Incident table which might be filtering out these records.

Hello Anvesh,

no business rules that prohibit the user from viewing incidents of certain groups. Any more ideas?

Hi,

You can check for any custom read ACLs on the table and check the conditions , role and scripting part to see if they are restricting the data displayed to user.

Hello Anubhav24,

there are several ACL rules on the "incidents" table, but none that is applied to the "Assignment Group" field.

Any more ideas?
