How to view incidents assigned to a specific group.

Hello,

we have a few incidents assigned to a specific group (lets call it "MyGroup"). This group contains members X, Y and Z. However those members are not able to view the incidents when they are searching for incidents the belong to this group.

Any idea what might be going wrong?

By ACL rules I meant any table.none read ACLS where we specify any specific rules and conditions and scripting , check that once.

There will table.none  read ACLS

If you might have check all possibility and considering this is in Dev/ Test Instance 

i may suggest you to find out a unique role or you can create a new role give those role to all user A,BC , create a read ACL with that role see if its work.
