In view of the GetHelp chat. There are instances where the end user would send screenshots and on the transcript it shows as a link once the interaction is completed. However, we are unable to access the file. Is it possible to enable this file as an attachment to the interaction tickets.

I'm experiencing the same issue with GetHelp chat. Screenshots sent by end users are shown as links in the transcript, but we're unable to access the files. Is there a way to enable these files as attachments to the interaction tickets? Any guidance would be appreciated.
