When I try to upload an attachment of this type, error says file type not supported .
How to whitelist or allow that specific file type in ServiceNow so that we can upload documents?
Tried adding it in the security of SN, but that didn't work.
Also created an attachment icon rule but did not help.
Need a proper solution.

I have added the file format type in the list of list of comma delimited files but still it does not allow it to upload unless the checkbox below that is unchecked.
Unchecking it allows any kind of format to be uploaded. Is there any other way to upload the file ?
