Hi All,
We have 3k + discovery schedules and 40+ scheduled jobs in CMDB
As part of initiative , clients are asking how we can monitor these jobs like which one is failed or successfull , data imported or not , if data load is failed then what is the reason ?
is these any feasibility to achive this ?
Thank you,

Hi there,
You defintely can. For example you can query Schedules, ECC Queue, etc, etc.. Checking the state, last run, etc, etc.. Based on that you could take action. Within your ServiceNow instance, or through a third party monitoring or something.
What is your concern?
Kind regards,

Hi Mark Roethof,
Thank you for your response , my concern is how we can monitor all those discovery schedules?
when we have 3k+ discovery schedules and 40+ schedule jobs from CMDB module it self
we need a place where we can check the status of all jobs that will help to identify the status or error message or why the job got failed , because there is a dependency on CMDB module all over the system.
Please help me how we can make this possibe
Thank you,

@Mark Roethof Could you please elaborate.
Taking just one scenario
unassignment of test groups/vulnerable items is to be sent to a certain group. The scheduled job has script which calls few script includes and ultimately sends out the notifications. the details of notifications might not be in the script of the job. Now in case we want to know if the run was successful or not and if not what was the error, how can we find that (if ECC queue as suggested or anything else( what is the step to find the logs/status
