Hi,
Recently we have upgrade our client instance to Zurich patch3. While running the ATF test for one of the catalog item, the details of the HR case is not visible properly. When the HR case is loaded in the client runner, the link is directing to the HR task instead of details tab of HR Case.
Anyone having idea on how to fix this issue in ATF? Looking forward for more details on ATF in HR agent workspace.

@RajeshwariHP Create a HI case with servicenow, they might be able to help you with existing PRB or workaround if present.

Tried to re-enable the ATF plugins.

HR Core plugin still has issues — logged a new support case.

was this working before the upgrade?
you are using latest HR Agent workspace which is based on Configurable workspace or older one
