HR Case created not having workspace view

Hi Guys,

Hope you are doing well.

This is regarding HRSD case creation and its views.

I have enabled COE :HR Global Mobility Case.

When HR case is getting created,it is not showing case in workspace view.

Although on the same instance for COE : HR Workforce Administration Case

When HR case is getting created,it is showing case in workspace view.

 

Can anyone please suggest as I need to have workspace view on HR Global Mobility Cases as well.

Are you referring this which is present under lists?

You are not able to see for your table?

Hello,

If you are talking about Native UI then it will open in Default view in case you have not changed view earlier or not written any View rule to enforce 'workspace' view, You may be seeing workspace view for WF admin cases because you might have manually changed view from Default to Workspace once so it will take like that, Also check if 'Workspace' view is configured for Global mobility case if not please do.

Lastly, You need to create List entry in HR workspace in case you want to see Global mobility cases there.
