Hr Case Creation

Hi
So while creating hr case we have 

Verify the employee requesting this case page where we enter user name so My user name is Test HR Agent so if i enter Test it is not showing the user to select(it is showing no results found) if i search *hr agent then it is showing to select ,
what is the issue ?

see if the search feature can be configured from here

also check below link, may be the first_name field on sys_user should be indexed so that it becomes searchable

Resolution

1. Navigate to Hr Administration > Case Creation Configuration
2. Uncheck the field "Force partial search" and save 
   
   or

Search the user enclosed using double quotes
