HR Case due date field read-only for HR Agents

Hello,

The due date field from the HR Case form looks to be read-only for HR Agents.


I thought it would be this ACL, so I added the sn_hr_core.basic role to it but still HR Agents cant edit the due date field.

any ideas what could be causing this read-only?

Hi @Popat420 ,

I don't think it could be changed as i din find anything in terms of ACLs,Business Rules or client scripts running on HR core table.

It's restricted with Servicenow.

 

 

Hi Sandeep you were wrong. I cant remember exactly what we changed now, but there was something we configured that allowed us to achieve this. I will try to recall what it was.

I am struggling now with the same issue. Do you remember what you had to modify in ServiceNow to allow other (non-admin) users to edit the due date field?
