HR Case fails to open with "Maximum duration for text search reached"

Hello Community,

We are currently experiencing an issue while accessing HR Case records in our ServiceNow instance.

When attempting to open an HR Case, the system displays the following error:

"Transaction Cancelled
Reason: Maximum duration for text search reached"

This issue is occurring for both Admin and non-Admin users.

We are trying to identify the root cause of this behavior. Has anyone encountered a similar issue while opening HR Cases? Any guidance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. PFA

Hi @SakshyaR 

 

There could be different root cause. you please check Node Log File Browser to view any system log entry  Use the log file browser .

 

Check the time, user action, load at system etc.
