I have a Record Producer for Flexible Work Request. When the form is submitted it creates HR case. I have a requirement to create flow designer that creates task after the HR case is created. This task is assigned to pbp and it asks then some additional questions from them like Proposed Start date / End date, Flexible work arrangement type. etc. Once this info is provided then it goes to manager for approval. Once the Manager approves the task then additional task is created and assigned to people team to transact on.
My question is the first task that is assigned to PBP should be of what type? The PBP's are also agents so I want to collect the info with agent view. Should I create those fields on task table and collect info there? or is there any other better way? I also thought of Collect employee input task but that cannot be filled in agent view.
