I cloned LifeCycle Event: New Hire Onboarding (Demo) to New Hire Onboarding (Test)
I cloned Journey plan: Sales Employee Plan Configuration (Demo) to Marketing Employee Plan Configuration (Test) and pair to New Hire (Test) plan type
I cloned Record Producer: New Hire Onboarding for Journeys to New Hire Onboarding for Journeys (Thailand)
I cloned Journey Configuration: New Hire Journey (Demo) to New Hire Journey (Test).
The setting is as below, the LifeCyle Event I cloned + Journey Plan type + Record Producer I cloned pair to new HR Service
The problem I faced is if I tried to onboard new hire. For example: Abel Tuter is manager, to onboard new hire, go to Journey in ESC > Create new journey > select the Record Producer I cloned > Fill in and submit data.
- The cases have been created but the HR Profile not auto created, so the subjected person field is empty instead of showing the new hire I wanna onboard
But if I use the OOB one (Journey Configuration + Record Producer from OOB), it's working fine. It created the HR Profile and the subjected person field shows as the new hire.
Can anyone suggest on what went wrong? How the backend auto create HR Profile when we onboard new hire?
Navigate to Script Includes look for HR Case Utils, in that script you need to add your new cloned Onboarding New hire name.
