SOW Incident - auto populate service offering, business service based on config item

Hi All,

I want to auto populate service offering, business service based on config item,
I did for classic ui and its working but when i created with same script logic in Incident Management for Service Operations Workspace scope then its populating EMPTY.
script include is client callable & client script UI type is ALL.

@PawanKumarR ,

uncheck global checkbox from client script, view field will show up then, type view name  in it example  sow.

Tried, still same….populating (Empty)

i tried to test script include in background script, it has printed same Empty so issue is with script include, any reason why it’s working in classic but not in SOW even application is inc sow
