HRSD - Non HR Admin Access Response Template Configuration, Fulfillment Instructions & Checklists

Hi There,

Requirement - Non HR-Admin to do the following:

Response templates through the menu "HR Administration" | "Response Template Configuration"
Fulfillment Instructions through the menu "HR Administration" | "HR Services" | "Hr Fulfillment Instructions"
Checklists through the menu "HR Administration" | "HR Services" | "HR Services" and then the tab "Checklists" on the screen for a given service

I managed to do the following:

======================

1) create Role : sn_hr_core.fulfiller  & added to a New Group
add an existing role: sn_templated_snip.template_snippet_writer & added to the New Group
add an existing role: snc_internal  & added to the New Group

2) Create Read/ Write/ Create ACLs in all necessary tables to include  role:  sn_hr_core.fulfiller

Tables
===========
-sn_templated_snip_note_template
-sn_hr_core_fulfillment_instructions
-checklist
checklist_item
checklist_template

3) Add a list of users to the new User Group 

Users can see those options, but its not always editable; Any advice on better way to a solution ?
