HRSD plugin in instance

Hello Team,

I have client who want to use HRSD module only no itsm module they want, Means they want to have instance where they will be using only HRSD module. Is it possible how we can achieve it. As I know if we get new instance there will be ITSM also.

Hi @chandan1994 ,

Yes that's possible !! You can ask your client to just opt / Procure for HRSD License which would allow you to install Human Resource Scoped App: core Plugin which includes your HR case management , HR integrations , Knowledge, so on..

Also, if your are looking for Onboarding, offboarding then go for Enterprise Human resource, which would include Human Resource Scoped App: Lifecycle Events Enterprise.
