Hyperlink to redirect requestor to portal view

I am task with dot walking a link to the portal view of a request submitted by requestor. 

I currently have the link taking the requestor to the backend view of the request.

Please advise **The link in yellow**

Did you try using mail script to create the link to the portal view ? if not please try referring to the below link :

In the above mentioned link the user wanted to get redirected to the portal for checking RITM so you can try with your use case using the same logic.
