HyperLinks in SNOW Records

Does anyone know how you can add a hyperlink to a ServiceNow record that would take you to an external site, such as Teams site or SharePoint?

1st , it is not SNOW, its SN or ServiceNow

2nd ,where you want to show URL like in emails , portals, etc?

We use SNOW internally, but thanks.

I want the URLs to other sites embedded in a SNOW record.  So if someone opens a ServiceNow record and we want linked them to documents on a SharePoint site, how do we add that link?

why not use URL field type and store the URL there on each record for the external site?
