Hi Team,

Yesterday I have requested for new PDI and I was able to access it since today afternoon.

Suddenly I am getting the message 'Your connection is not private'. If I check the certificate then it is expired.

Hi,

This is the known issue by service-now.

Due to maintenance of server/Nodes.

Once maintenance window will complete. Then you will able to see.

So you have to wait for maintenance window to be complete.

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

on a sidenote, I am able to access PDI via Firefox via 'Advanced...' then 'Accept the Risk and Continue'. In Chrome and Edge I don't see this option

Hi @AshishMane1 ,

It is happening as ServieNow SSL certificate is expired so it is navigating you to http:// rather than https://. Many other people are affected by this and hope it will be fixed soon by ServiceNow.

Solution: - Open developer.servicenow.com in incognito mode and sign in and launch PDI. It will display error, but it will also display Advanced option towards footer. Click on it and on next screen click on "Procced <PDI URL> unsafe" link and you will be able to access your PDI.

Same issue when accessing devxxxx.service-now.com:

Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from devxxxx.service-now.com (e.g., passwords, messages, or credit cards).
net::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID
Subject: *.service-now.com
Issuer: Entrust Certification Authority - L1K
Expires on: May 13, 2025
Current date: July 31, 2025

When I tried different browsers, it simply redirect to servicenow.com.

Is there an alternative way to resolve or refresh the certificate for this instance?
