I am getting 'Your connection is not private' message while accessing my PDI

Hi Team, 

Yesterday I have requested for new PDI and I was able to access it since today afternoon. 

Suddenly I am getting the message 'Your connection is not private'. If I check the certificate then it is expired.

Can you please help me to understand how I can log a ticket with NOW Support. Thanks.

Hi,

 

This is the known issue by service-now.

Due to maintenance of server/Nodes.

 

Once maintenance window will complete. Then you will able to see.

 

So you have to wait for maintenance window to be complete.

I have tried both chrome and edge and tried to refresh the instance from the console, I still have the same issue. While Chrome refuses to let me in through "Advanced", Edge lets me to log in but it still says its "not secure" and https is crossed out.

Have you tried Chrome- incognito mode- as per suggestion in myh workaround.
