I am not able commit my update set to UAT instance

Hi Community,
I have updated my changes in dev and trying to move it to UAT
I have successfully previewed update set but while committing i got below error
"Update has been successfully committed but changes are not updated, please check update set log
than i checked update set log it is showing one of the log record is stating as below
Table "sys_hub_trigger_instance_V2 does not exist"
Could you please help me how to resolve this?

Sorry for asking more questions on this issue, If I deactivate the Flow Designer in Dev and then try to move it to UAT, will I encounter the error 'Table sys_hub_trigger_instance_V2 does not exist' again?

When you say that you will deactivate the flow designer, do you mean deactivating the flow ? If yes, that will not be helpful to you until the flow is not captured in the update set. If you want to move just the other updates, you can get rid of the flow from the update set and move them.

That could do the trick of course, but only for now.
As if you will end up not having 1:1:1 across the environments and if it will be updated in the future from DEV it will cause troubles, as DEV and UAT will not be compliant
