I am not able to see commit update set button in UAT instance

Hi Community,
I have moved my update set through update source from dev to UAT, but unable to see "commit update set" button in UAT,
Could you please help me why this is happening and advise?

You need to Preview first and then fix the errors and then you will see commit button.

Yes i have used update source moved so it is automatically previewed but unable to see commit update set button

Is the current application scope of the user who is trying to commit the update set on the UAT instance set to Global?
Depending on the current application scope setting, the commit may not be possible.
