I am trying to open a Attachment Window from a Custom Widget button to upload files,

I am getting error in logs   "Attachment is missing for certificate Microsoft SharePoint Online Certificate - de66be24733a301044022ea3c4f6a72a: no thrown error".  I am not sure what is this error about.  Can someone help.
