I am unable to "start teams chat" via Service operation workspace (Collab tab)

Hello Expert,

We are facing a issue in service operation workspace:

 

If We want to "Start teams chat" conversation so a error is coming like "Bad Request 400" and Also "There is no tenant installed on this instance or app is authorized on the tenant"  Please find attached below screenshot for better reference.

So please Guide , How can we find the issue and resolve this.

Hi @Chandra18 ,

 

Can you try to change the tenant in the ServiceNow for Microsoft Teams > install Azure Apps menu then put it back to the default tenant one and allow the newly created connectors again
