I am unable to tag a macro to the 'On hold reason' field in incident form. Please provide a soln.

I am unable to tag a macro to the 'On hold reason' field in incident form. I have added the attribute in the field dictionary entry as below.

Also find below the macro and action assignment to achieve the above scenario -

The above is the macro created for the same.

What am I missing which is hindering the implementation of the above feature.

@Ankur Bawiskar @pranav bhaskar , PRO's - kindly help me to acheive the above feature. 

There is a KB article which will be redirected on click of the macro tagged beside the 'On hold reason' field.

Looking forward for a solution as early as possible.

so in native it's working fine but not in workspace?
