Task:

I Agree to Account holder agreement checkbox does not carrying over to the Task variables

Although user checks off the Agreement on the Catalog form on the front end, the I Agree to Account holder agreement checkbox does not carry over to the Task variables.

Catalog items: Salesforce Single View Access (New) & Salesforce Single View Access (Change)

My So far Work:

Current behavior is When the RITM is triggered to the first approver then the field or variable is available for him/her to check or uncheck. Once it is approved by the first, then it is carry forwarded as it is to next line approvers.

What Did I do :
Created a Catalog Client Script namely Make Account Holder Checkbox Visible on RITM, TASK
I checked the Applies on Catalog Tasks and Applies on Requested Items

Create an UI action accountholder_checkbox visible as true. I have also used the existing workflow only.

Further requirement:

1. When they approve, it should be checked, if they don't approve, it should not check and not advance. Similarly, If they check it, it should approve.

2. If they aren't the ticket submitter, how will they check the box via email?

Please help out

I'm not sure I follow what you are asking. The screenshots show that the check box is visible on the RITM but then you mention about wanting the approvers to check the box. Why, isn't them approving the request doing the same thing. Approvers unless they have to have an ITIL license do not have access to update the variables. Only the submitter when they submit can change the variables and a ITIL licensed user one it is submitted.
